1. Definitions

"Seller" refers to [Tech Zone Gadgets], a company registered in Oman, with its registered office at [Al Musanaah, Al-Musanna, South Al Batinah Governorate].
"Buyer" refers to any individual or entity purchasing goods from the Seller.
"Goods" refers to computer hardware, software, peripherals, and accessories sold by the Seller.

2. Orders

All orders placed with the Seller are subject to acceptance by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order without providing any reason.
Orders may be placed in person at the Seller's physical store, via phone, email, or through the Seller's website.

3. Prices

Prices for Goods are as stated on the Seller's website or as communicated by the Seller's representatives.
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment

Payment for Goods must be made in full at the time of placing the order, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Seller.
Payment methods accepted by the Seller include cash, bank transfers, and other methods as deemed acceptable by the Seller.
In case of agreed on late payment, our invoices are payable within 30 working days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, the Seller reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the sum remaining due. The Seller will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, My Company reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.

5. Delivery

Delivery of Goods will be made to the address specified by the Buyer at the time of ordering.
The Seller will make every effort to deliver Goods within the agreed timeframe, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect information provided by the Buyer will be the Buyer's responsibility.

6. Returns and Refunds

The Seller accepts returns of Goods within 15 days of delivery, only in case of manufacturing defects, provided that the Goods are in their original condition and packaging, not torn or damaged.
We don't accept returns if there are no manufacturing defects within first 15 days; and after 15 days if there is a manufacturing defects then we send it the company service center to process as each company rules.
Refunds will be issued within a reasonable timeframe after the returned Goods have been inspected and deemed to meet the return criteria.
The Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning Goods, unless the return is due to a fault on the part of the Seller.

7. Warranty

Goods sold by the Seller may be subject to manufacturer warranties. The Seller will provide details of any applicable warranties at the time of sale and will be happy to assist the Buyer with eligible repair center, the return instructions, and the shipping address if needed.
The Seller may offer additional warranty coverage on certain Goods. Details of such warranties will be provided to the Buyer at the time of sale.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the sale of Goods.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oman.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.

10. Amendments

The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Seller's website or other relevant platforms.
